Easter Swirl Pie: A No-Bake Pastel Dream for Spring Celebrations

Ingredients

2 cups crushed halal vanilla cookies (like graham crackers or digestive biscuits)
1/2 cup melted butter
For the filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
3-4 drops of pastel food coloring (pink, blue, yellow, or green)

Instructions

Make the crust: In a bowl, mix crushed cookies with melted butter until combined. Press into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract, sweetened condensed milk, and mix well.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
Divide the filling into separate bowls and tint each with different pastel colors.
Drop spoonfuls of each color over the crust, then use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the colors for a marbled effect.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

For extra crunch, sprinkle crushed cookies on top before serving.
Use gel food coloring for more vibrant swirls.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
