S’mores Sushi: A Sweet Twist on a Classic Treat!

10 oz. mini marshmallows

5 cups Rice Krispies cereal

2 cups marshmallow Fluff

Instructions

Prepare the Rice Krispies Base:

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.

Mix the Cereal:

Once the marshmallows are melted, remove from heat and stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated. Let the mixture cool slightly.

Spread the Mixture:

Place a piece of parchment paper on a flat surface. Transfer the Rice Krispies mixture onto the parchment and spread it out into a rectangle, about 1/2 inch thick.

Add the Marshmallow Fluff:

Spread a generous layer of marshmallow Fluff evenly over the Rice Krispies base.

Add the Graham Crackers:

Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers over the marshmallow Fluff, pressing lightly to ensure they stick.

Roll the S’mores Sushi:

Carefully roll the Rice Krispies mixture into a log, using the parchment paper to help. Once rolled, cut into 1-inch slices.

Prepare the Chocolate:

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the S’mores Sushi slices. For extra flavor, sprinkle more crushed graham crackers or mini marshmallows on top.

Serve:

Serve your S’mores Sushi chilled or at room temperature for a delicious, fun treat!
